Kyiv – unique de luxe class housing
VOZDVIZHENKA – ahigh class housing complex in the historic part of Kyiv (the old road ‘tract’ Gonchary - Kozhemyaki) that is territorially aligned with the ancient streets Vozvdvizhenskaya, Goncharnaya, Kozhemyatskaya and Degtyarnaya. This is the first and still the only such complex in the country (and one of the few within the territory of post-Soviet countries) which qualifies as respectable housing for successful people. The basis of the project was grounded on the concept of building modern housing complexes amongst the unique landscape of the tract and also as a recreation of the historic part of Kyiv. The project consists of 3-5 story cottages and residential buildings in the end of the 19th century architectural style; yet each building presents its own individual architecture and design. The total area to build upon, taking into consideration hills and the slopes of the mountains, is 17 hectares; the total area of the estate is almost 67,000 sqm (7 cottage houses and 428 apartments in mansions). The project is being implemented in cooperation with Open Joint Stock Company Kyivgorstroy-1. The direct realization and distribution of real estate is performed by one of the companies of the Group: DCH Real Estate.

Kyiv – modern office centers
1. Business Сentre on 85 Mezhigorskaya Street
A modern A class office centre will be located in Podol, a picturesque district of Kiev. An ultramodern business centre with a total area of 130 thousand sq. m is projected for construction, with 65 thousand sq. m. designated as office premises. The business centre will accommodate an arcade, fast-food restaurants, a fitness club, an SPA salon, conference halls, a branch of a bank and a pharmacy. There will be about 1000 parking places in the complex. Its location is notable for its proximity to fast road links, its visibility from the metro, and the fact that it’s only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. 2. Podil Business Park – a multi-functional property located in the historic heart of Kyiv 15 min from the city center. This project is to become the Moscow City of Kyiv. Its uniqueness is determined by the opportunity of creating private infrastructure of an entirely independent district and the accumulation of state and local authorities, such as the State Administration of the City of Kyiv in one Administrative Business Area, just like the Docklands’ Canary Wharf, the West End in London, or La Défense in Paris.
