DCH has consolidated a significant part of the assets of the former UkrSib, which was one of the largest financial and industrial groups in Ukraine.

Currently the investment strategy of the company follows the operational pattern of a private equity fund aimed at increasing the market value of the assets.

The DCH Group incorporation was completed in February 2007, when DCH IM (DCH Investment Management Company), a classic management company, was set up. The company participates in no business activity other than asset management. At present, DCH IM effectively carries out current asset management and also searches for attractive investment projects and assesses capital investment feasibility. The company enjoys the leadership of a highly qualified team of managers experienced in the successful development of various business activities.
